I had an amazing stay at this hotel on a hill. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The service was excellent, with room service available and a car hire service for convenient transportation. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing top-notch housekeeping and laundry services. The hotel also offered an airport shuttle, making my travel experience hassle-free. The room amenities were great, with a cozy sitting area, mini-bar, and a convenient electric kettle for my morning coffee. The in-room computer and flat-screen TV provided entertainment options to relax after a long day of exploring.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Celebrating our New Year's at this property was a treat! The scenic views of the lush green plantations and the delicious organic food were the best aspects of our stay. We enjoyed a special plantation tour and bird watching experience. The staff was warm and courteous, and offered assistance with taxis and even helped clean our car on the day of checkout. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, with a fridge provided in the room for our convenience. the location was perfect for a quiet getaway.
The property is quite far from the main city and there was no backup power in case of outages. We had issues with the reception phone number, and there was no 24x7 assistant on standby, which was quite inconvenient.

Nestled in a lush valley surrounded by organic spice plantations, this hidden gem offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Wake up to the sound of exotic birds chirping and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding lush hills. the rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, with all the amenities. the meals are served with organic vegetables grown in the property and are a delight for food lovers. the staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel at home.
The property could benefit from having more recreational facilities for kids.

We had a great time at this cozy retreat with beautiful surroundings. the staff was very kind and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the delicious food, which had a diverse menu with option for local and north Indian dishes. the hiking trails were easily accessible, and they provided a knowledgeable guide for a wonderful tour. the rooms were well-maintained and spacious.
One let down was the lack of power backup, which caused inconvenience due to the frequent power outages. Unfortunately, there was no phone assistance available after 7 PM, which was challenging during the power outage at night time.
